Canberra Avenue Villas is a unique villa accommodation complex located on the southern entrance into Canberra, next door to Queanbeyan Showground and just an easy, short walk from The Q and local Queanbeyan shops & restaurants. Each villa provides you privacy in your own Canberra cottage, while being well appointed and self contained to enable visitors to live independently while away from home, which is popular with short and long stay guests

Embracing the values & natural beauty of Canberra and Queanbeyan, CAV is ideally located for explorers and adventurers alike. With countless walking tracks & bike trails to take you through and around Queanbeyan and Canberra, it’s easy to find adventure.

For a quick taste, just check out Googong Dam, Lake Burley Griffin and the local tracks nearby, to the numerous cycleways around Canberra city, Fyshwick and Woden.

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. We offer 24 hour self service check-in via a keysafe. You’ll receive an SMS with a unique code to collect your key at check-in time.
