Please take a minute to read our terms and conditions. These exist to make Canberra Ave Villas a safe, happy and welcoming place to stay.
For everyone’s safety and piece of mind we recommend that all our staff and adult guests be vaccinated. We are continuously updating our health and safety policy and procedures around COVID-19 in accordance with NSW health directions. In the event that COVID vaccinations are mandated, we reserve the right to decline any bookings where vaccination certification cannot be produced.
Should guests need to cancel their booking due to COVID-19 restrictions, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking, accept a credit valid for up to 12 months or a full refund, please refer to our COVID 19 cancellation policy below for full details.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is from 2:00pm. Check-out is by 10am. Please contact reception if any additional time is required.
Please make sure to bring a valid photo identification. A passport, government issued I.D. card or driving licence are all accepted as valid forms of identification and must be presented at check-in.
Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult (18 or over). All bookings must have at least one adult in each Villa booked.
A one-night stay fee will be charged upon booking to confirm your reservation. The balance is due in full on arrival.
Please be aware that we only accept Mastercard and Visa.
If you wish to cancel your reservation to receive a refund you will need to notify our reception at least two weeks prior to the booking date. Please note a $30 administration fee will be applied.
Up to 14 day prior:- A refund is provided (less $30 administration fee per villa). Or funds paid are held in credit for up to 12 months. Less than 14 Days to arrival date:- no refund of 1st night deposit, credit not available.
Unfortunately, we WILL NOT REFUND for reasons of late check-in, early check-out, shortening of stay, illness or poor weather while at the resort.
Canberra Ave Villas recommends all guests have travel insurance.
The above cancellation policy applies to booking made directly with Canberra Ave Villas (not through any Online Travel Agents).
COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking, accept a credit valid for up to 12 months or a full refund should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:
- You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID – 19;
- You are forced into self-isolation; or
- A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination, including where border closures would result in you having to quarantine on your return home.
To request either a change to booking dates, receive a credit or a refund for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the resort directly via email at [email protected] Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the resort as per our usual booking terms and conditions.
To utilise this policy a guest must:
- Have made their booking direct with Canberra Ave Villas (not through any Online Travel Agents)
- Where requested, provide proof to the resort where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above.
- Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancelation Policy will need to comply with the resorts usual terms and conditions.
Use of Credits: A credit can only be used at Canberra Ave Villas. Credits are valid for a period of 12 months from date of issue, any bookings must be made within this period.
Reservations using a credit can be made by email to [email protected] they can only be used by the nominated recipient of the credit. Should the total spend be more than the value of the credit, the difference must be paid as per the new booking terms and conditions.
If you wish to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund you will need to notify our reception at least two weeks prior to the booking date. If you notify us any less than two weeks before your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Weekly Rates for Long Term Guests
Our discounted weekly rates must be paid in full on arrival and on the first day of each of the following weeks.
If a payment is late, the guest will be charged the full rate for the accommodation provided and given twenty-four hours to bring the payment up to date, or they will be asked to vacate the property.
Guests will be given a key when they check-in. If required multiple keys are available. If the guest loses or damages the key, the guest will be charged $20.00 for a replacement – so please keep it safe.
The comfort, safety and security of our guests is important to us. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests or staff will be asked to leave Canberra Ave Villas and will not be given a refund.
Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and property.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our Villas. Any guest found smoking inside a Villa will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee and asked to leave immediately. A refund will not be issued.
Ash trays are provided in front of every Cabin and Villa. Please ensure all cigarette butts are disposed in them.
Drug use is illegal in Australia. Any guest found using drugs within any of the Cabins or Villas will be asked to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued.
We ask that everyone abide by our 10pm noise curfew. No music, large outdoor gatherings, shouting etc, are permitted after 10pm. This is to allow all our guests a peaceful, uninterrupted sleep at our park. Guests who break this curfew will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.
Damage to Canberra Ave Villas Property
Guests will be expected to reimburse Canberra Ave VIllas for any damage caused by misuse, inappropriate or reckless behaviour during their stay.
Services for Long Term Guest
Guests staying for longer than seven days will have their accommodation serviced weekly. We ask that all guests:
- Remove all items from the beds so that the linen can be changed.
- Pick up all items from the floor so that it can be vacuumed and mopped.
- Bag all the rubbish and remove it to one of the wheelie bins provided throughout the park.
- Wash and put away all dishes so that the benches and sinks can be cleaned.
