Last minute booking for us. A small little set up with quaint wee individuals villas. We had The Studio. Location sits off a very busy road. Slight problem getting key after hours with a non Australian phone number as only method of releasing key! However sorted reasonably quickly. Bed was comfortable with lovely clean white crisp sheets. A little container of milk in the fridge was a nice gesture. Would have liked herbal tea with the selection available. Only disappointing thing was the cold shower no warm water and perhaps a little later checkout 10am very early...thank you.

It is a perfect accommodation equipped with all necessary facilities I need. Clean and spacious rooms.kitctchen utensils.perfect air condition.comfertable bed and. quiet environment with reasonable price.I definitely will be back and recommend this beautiful accommodation to other people.

Very convenient, nice and clean BBC and comfy. Only problem was not being able to contact anyone with a problem we had in the room.

We have stayed at the Canberra Ave Villas several times this year. The units are always very welcoming on arrival, presenting as clean and well equipped. Our latest trip was originally for a two-night stay which we payed in advance. Bad communication on our end meant we had payed for two nights but only stayed one. On enquiry the apartments were ahead of us and were aware of the early departure and offered a refund or an open ended credit for our next visit. This business was very helpful and above average for the response to an error on our part. The location is good and easy access to anything in ACT or Tuggeranong. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for excellent value for money for business or leisure travel. Thanks again guys for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very convenient location. Room was absolutely adequate, clean, well equipped. Bed comfortable. Outside of villas were being painted while I was there, all looked much fresher after. Villas are on a busy road, alot of traffic noise. Super convenient and slick check in & out.

The villas have been recently renovated and refurbished. My villa was very clean, spacious and quiet, with a useful kitchenette that was well stocked. Excellent value and very convenient for exploring around Queanbeyan and visiting the sights and attractions of Canberra, especially if you have a vehicle. I found the room cleaning staff to be friendly, meticulous and helpful. self check in and check out was also easy and worked well.
